Endorphins [:

You know how they say working out gives you endorphins? Yeah, that shit’s true.

I’m in such a good mood.
I finally let go of my inhibitions and decided to say, “What the hell, I’m doing it.”.

I went and worked out with my buds for the first time. It was awesome there was guy talk, working out and just fun. Becides the end when my leg decided to cramp up to the point were driving home was dangerous. But even then they were great friends and helped me out. Haha. [:

It’s like I have two great personal trainers.

But for some reason my legs continue to cramp and my foot. :(

Oh well, beauty is painful.

I’m so excited to continue this.

Ridiculously hyper.

I took this like pre-work out drink mix and it makes me super jittery. I don’t think I worked it all off.
I’m lying in bed convulsing.
I’m listening to rap music booty dancing like a ghetto ass stripper!

I’m hyper as fuhhhhhh. Like its driving me insane! Gahhhh!

Alas, tomorrow is Friday. Friday turns into the weekend. Weekends turn into a continous struggle not to be gluttonous and over eat.

I, I, I, don’t work out.

Well, I do. Sort of. But let me explain my little story for today.

So, after school we gathered in our usual spot to converse about the day.

B turns to me randomly and says, “Wanna work out with me and S?”

He kind of took me by surprise and I just said the first thing that came to my mind. “Uhh, no. Its cool.”

But he was persistent and asked a few times.

 ”Come on”. “Let’s go”. “Come workout with us”.

I wanted to, but a part of me was scared and insecure.

It would be little ole me, who hasn’t lifted weights since Freshie year in gym class. Now, B and S are like muscular. They aren’t like nasty, buff, juiceheads like Ronnie off of J-Shore.

They are toned, chiseled and defined.

I felt self concious to work out with them.

B prolly has one of the best bodies at school, and S isn’t far behind.

For me to go workout with them would be an embarrassment.

I know, they’re my friends. They aren’t jerks. So why am I so self concious? Idk.

But for some reason my self concious has been gnawing away at me.

I feel sort of pathetic.

Week 1.

Week 1 of this diet is now coming to an end.

I must admit that it has been difficult, mostly difficult on the weekends.

Seeing that I stay home or go out I’m just chilling so I’m always surrounded by food.

But I’ve yet to break my diet.

Plus, I’ve lost 9 pounds. Yay!

I just wanted to lose one more pound before tomorrow night. Because that would bring my first week to 10 pounds of weight loss.

Oh well, I’m still trying to lose 16 more pounds. [:

My parents have forced me to eat at times because I just am not hungry.

I’ve been running frequently and yesterday after running I threw up. :/ Never again will I run on a full stomach.

Losing weight feels amazing.

Fighting Food.

Dieting is tough. When there’s something, like a diet, keeping you from enjoying food certainly makes you crave more.

Tonight I faced with trepidation.. I was going to hang out with friends; The hostess’ mother is an amaaaazzzzinggg cook.

Dinner consisted of steak, stuffed chicken, loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli sprinkled with parmesean.

But I had to refuse the stuffing inside the chicken, the potatoes and the broccoli. I’m on a strict all protein diet and breaking it would disrupt the weight loss process.

But wait.. there’s more. There was desert. FML.

Strawberry shortcake: Homemade biscuits piled high with fresh strawberries, drizzled with the strawberry sauce and topped off with whiped cream.

Oh, and let’s not forget the milkshakes that were being concoted.

Alas, I wasn’t able to eat the food and decided to munch on ice quietly.

But I will admit, I was shocked that I was able to resist the temptation of all the food. I’m proud of myself. [:
