4 months agoWeek 1 of this diet is now coming to an end.
I must admit that it has been difficult, mostly difficult on the weekends.
Seeing that I stay home or go out I’m just chilling so I’m always surrounded by food.
But I’ve yet to break my diet.
Plus, I’ve lost 9 pounds. Yay!
I just wanted to lose one more pound before tomorrow night. Because that would bring my first week to 10 pounds of weight loss.
Oh well, I’m still trying to lose 16 more pounds. [:
My parents have forced me to eat at times because I just am not hungry.
I’ve been running frequently and yesterday after running I threw up. :/ Never again will I run on a full stomach.
Losing weight feels amazing.

I just threw up and if I get up too fast I think I’ll throw up again.

Protein. Protein. Protein.
No carbs.
First day of the diet and I dropped a whopping 4 pounds :O
I drank over 100 ounces of water today. Which made me have to pee like fucking crazy. But it’s all good.
It does suck not having carbs or fats or KETCHUP! :(
But it’ll be worth it.
